Thriller was born on November 20, 1998 with her brother Sabu who shared most of Thriller's lifetime with her. On June 11, 2012, the 13-year-old 375 pound tiger underwent necropsy and cremation. Staff willl privately bury the ashes in the section of the preserve where animals that die there are buried.

That's so interesting that the tiger lived as an "actress/activist". It's sad so see her go, but it's also awesome that she had a life well-lived.
