the "1 Click Away" Campaign

You are "1 click away" from making a huge impact in a kid's life.
That is the statement of this campaign.
Taking my Social Responsibility agenda to another level, the Dx lab foundation has been established.
Below is a very delightful video created by my able co-founder which we trust would go viral and raise awareness  on how one kid's life could be turned around when the right tools are made available to him or her.
I do entreat you to watch
Your opinions are warmly welcomed and oh don't forget to click to share and raise awareness because CHANGE is only "1 CLICK AWAY" !!

Introducing the "One Good g+ Deserves Another" Campaign powered by The Dexter's Lab Project

As part of their plans for 2014, The DX Lab Foundation wants to make a difference by running the "One Good g+ Deserves Another" craze is on.

With support from Zoharous on etsy, their campaign aims at raising awareness towards the need for the introduction of mobile science labs into schools in third world countries. This act is meant to serve as an appeal to the senses and imaginations of kids in these countries. They will find it easier to grasp the "seemingly" complex and abstract concepts of science.

In the end, we'll help influence their choices for higher education and then we can raise a greater number of amazing scientists, awesome doctors, great engineers, and cool teachers... of course, towards the development of the nation.

Sounds laudable... What do you think???
Would you join the Craze!?!

g+ this post and let's help spread the word.

How true...Something Has to be Done!

Well this picture says it all...but all the same, something can be done and as a matter of fact something IS being done to attempts to address this challenge by ensuring that kids grow up with that zeal and passion intact.
With the aim of establishing science labs in basic schools in a third world country where kids
find it difficult to understand the basic concepts of science largely due to the fact that
their schools lack the necessary logistics to do so, the dexter's lab project hopes that with the establishing of these lab's, the passion for science would find deeper roots in their hearts that cannot be uprooted hence raising a generation of scientist destined to change their nation and world at large.

G+ this post to help raise awareness about this project.

The Dexter's Lab Project on Indiegogo

BACKGROUND
I sure do remember how watching Dexter’s laboratory on cartoon network got me inspired and helped me to a very large extent develop a keen interest in science back in my primary and Junior High school days. Even though we lacked the necessary apparatus to bring certain basic concepts in science to our level of understanding at the time, I still remember how my curiosity and passion for science was ignited making me want to think like a scientist and be like one. Today, this ignited passion has been the reason why I chose to pursue science courses both at the second cycle and tertiary level.
